Standard orders ship the same business day with Ultrapost. Flat shipping rate, no thresholds.
Standard delivery: €3.5 flat, no order-value threshold. Delivered in 1–2 business days to Tirana and Durrës, 2–4 days elsewhere in Albania.
Cash on delivery (COD): add €0.50 to the courier rate. You pay the rider in cash or by card-on-delivery.
We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside Albania and want to be notified when we open shipping to your country, drop us a line at info@haze.al.
Every pair leaves us in its original branded case with the cleaning cloth, paperwork, and authenticity card the manufacturer provides. We do not repackage or strip serial numbers.
Damaged in transit, never arrived, wrong item? Write to info@haze.al within 48 hours of the delivery attempt — we'll either send a replacement or refund in full, your call.
