These Terms govern your use of haze.al and any purchase made through it. The operator is DIGITA SHPK(NIPT M01812006I), with registered office at Rruga Abdyl Frasheri, Pallati HEKLA, Seksioni B, Kati 2, Ap. 1, Tirana, Albania (hereafter "HAZE" or "we").
By visiting the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Your account
You may purchase as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. The details you provide must be true and up to date.
2. Products, prices, and availability
- We strive to display products with accurate colors, materials, and dimensions, but slight variations may occur due to your monitor or the manufacturer.
- Prices are shown in Albanian Lek (ALL), including VAT where applicable.
- Some products may be "Pre-order". The estimated delivery window is shown on the product page.
- We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue a product, or correct typographical errors. If a confirmed order is affected by an obvious pricing error, we will notify you before processing it.
3. Order process
- Select products and add them to the cart.
- Fill in the delivery address, including phone number (required for courier coordination).
- Choose a payment method: PayPal or Cash on Delivery.
- Once confirmed you will receive an email with the order number. The sales contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation.
4. Payment
- PayPal:payment is taken immediately on PayPal's platform. HAZE does not store your card details.
- Cash on Delivery (Albania only): pay the courier in cash or by POS on delivery. A small additional fee may apply, shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
- We ship throughout Albania.
- Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for Tirana and 3–7 business days for other regions, from order confirmation. Times may vary in high-demand seasons.
- Delivery details and cost are shown before order finalization.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal (14-day return)
Under Albanian Law No. 9902 "On Consumer Protection", you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person designated by you) take possession of the product.
To exercise this right:
- Notify us by email at info@haze.al within the 14-day period.
- Return the product in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging within a further 14 days from your notification.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except where the product is damaged or not as ordered.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the full amount paid (including the original standard delivery cost) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
7. Statutory warranty for non-conformity
Under Albanian law, we are liable for any non-conformity of the product with the contract that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us — depending on the case we will offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund.
8. Use of the site
The site and all its content (logo, text, images, design) are the property of DIGITA SHPK or are used with permission. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.
You undertake not to:
- use the site for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to access non-public parts of the system;
- send viruses, harmful code, or perform actions that disrupt the service.
9. Liability
HAZE is not liable for indirect damages, loss of expected profit, or damages arising from the misuse of a product. Our total liability for a given order does not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana.
Consumers may also lodge complaints with the Consumer Protection Commission or other competent authorities under Albanian law.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect from the publication date. For orders placed before a change, the Terms in force at the time of the order apply.
